Technical & Tasting Notes
VITICULTURE
A blend of three great Pinot Noir clones: 777, MV6 and D5V12, sourced from varying elevations and aspects within our T21 block.Hand-picked.
WINE MAKING
A portion was fermented on indigenous yeast with some whole bunches included in the ferment. Matured for 12 months in French Barriques.
TASTING NOTES
Lifted and perfumed with floral and plum notes. The palate is bright and generous with fresh red and blue fruits, savoury notes and spice. A wonderfully textural wine with silky, polished tannins and a long finish.
